Graduation ceremonies for 52 students enrolled in three SCILL vocational programs will be held on May 18, 2018 beginning at 6:30 p.m. (Central) at 1300 Kloeckner Drive in the Knox Industrial Park. Featured speaker for the evening will be State Representative Jim Pressel. In addition to recognizing these students, several scholarships will be announced as well..
SCILL is the workforce development arm of the Foundation and offers three programs on behalf of the North Central Area Vocational Cooperative - automotive technology, welding, and automation, robotics, and equipment maintenance (AREM). Students from nine different high schools attend classes in Knox for one-half of each school day and the balance at their home school.
